We’ve upgraded BiosynQS to be faster, more stable, and fully compatible with Windows 11.
What’s new:
Modern database system: Migration to a faster, more robust database engine for improved speed and reliability.
Dropped Borland Database: Fully removed Borland DB due to incompatibility with modern Windows environments.
Backend upgrades: Multiple backend improvements to increase stability, reliability, and overall performance.
Stability improvements (Windows 11): Smoother operation and stronger compatibility with Windows 11.
Hardware reconnection functionality: Better automatic reconnection after temporary connection loss or interferences.
No COM port setup required: Automatic device/COM port detection — no more manual COMPORT configuration in Device Manager.
Hardware sharing: Enables hardware sharing between different programs running simultaneously (when needed).
Media encoding & codec updates: Consolidation and performance improvements for media playback and encoding.
No external media players needed: BiosynQS now uses the Windows built-in media player/framework, eliminating the need for third-party media player installations.
Voice system porting (Windows 11): Full Windows 11 compatibility for the voice system.
UI enhancements: Improved usability with a more modern interface design.
Theme choices: Built-in Light / Dark mode themes for better comfort and modern look.
Multilingual support: Enhanced multi-language support.
Improved antivirus compatibility: BiosynQS is now fully compatible with most antivirus software, unlike older versions that could cause conflicts.
No default printer setup required: Unlike older versions, BiosynQS no longer requires setting a default printer in Windows.
Auto language detection: BiosynQS detects the Windows display language and runs the software in that language automatically.
